Dayaa Web Series Story Review

Dayaa story is about a freezer van driver and the shocking happenings in his life. Dayaa (JD.Chakravarthy) makes his livelihood carrying fish in a freezer van in Kakinada. One fine day his happy life takes a shocking turn and everything becomes upside down. What are those shocking turns, and how they are related to his pregnant wife Alimelu(Eesha Rebba), his friend Prabha (Josh Ravi), popular journalist Kavitha (Ramya Nambeesan), her husband Kaushik (Kamal Kamaraju), MLA Parasurama Raju (Babloo Prithviraj), Shabana (Vishnu Priya) form the crux of the narration.

Dayaa Web Series: Artists Review

JD. Charkvaravarthy is a good actor and Pawan Sadineni got the optimum performance from him. He lived in the role looking natural and realistic and coming with intense expressions showing variations in his emotions. He with his performance and screen presence elevated the scenes to another level. His dialogue delivery is impactful. He surprised all showing innocence, fear and ruthlessness in different scenes.

Eesha Rebba got the limited role and she justified it with her performance showing the emotions of a pregnant woman. Ramya Nambeesan and Kamal Kamaraju looked apt in their roles. Josh Ravi played an important role while Vishnu Priya did well. Prithviraj performed well and Nanda Gopal made his presence felt. Gayathri Gupta played a key role in the film. Bhanu, Mayank Parakh, and Keshav Deepak performed well. Credit goes to Pawan Sadinendi for elevating the character arcs of each and every role.

Dayaa Web Series: Technicians Review

Daya Story penned by Pawan Sadineni is a remake of the Bangladeshi show Taqdeer.Pawan Sadineni adapted the story written by Neamoth Ullah Masum and Syed Ahmed Shawki, using his creativity. He turned the moral story in the original version into a crime thriller. There are 8 episodes and each episode is of around 30 minutes duration. However, after watching the episodes, one gets a feeling that had the makers done away with a few episodes, it would have turned the narration even more sleek.

Pawan Sadineni narrated the story in an interesting, exciting, and gripping manner. He showed the past and presence of the lead character without any confusion and with much conviction. He created the character with multiple shades and got the optimum from JD Chakravarthy. Pawan Sadineni showed JD Chakravarthy's role in such a way that everyone gets connected to his innocence at once. But much time has been wasted on the introduction of Josh Ravi which impacted the pace.

Even the way Ramya Nambeesan and Kamal Kamaraju's episodes are not interesting and so too the news channel reporting. All these looked routine to the core. However, what turned out to be the added advantage is Pawan Sadineni did not deviate from the main plot and concentrated on showing Dayaa in a natural and realistic way and he scored many brownie points. He paid attention to even the minute details to keep the interest intact in all the episodes and the narration picks up pace from the fifth episode.

With intensity in screenplay and direction, Pawan Sadineni made viewers glued to the screens. Rakendu Mouli's dialogues are good and powerful. The background music of Shrawan Bharadwaj is breathtaking. He elevated the scenes with his stunning background music. Sound design is done in an effective and assertive manner. Vivek Kalepu's cinematography increased the intensity levels with good camera angles and depicted the narration in a natural and realistic way. Viplav Nyshadham's editing is good and crispy towards the end and could have been better in the initial stages.

Dayaa Web Series: Advantages

Dayaa Web Series: Rating Analysis

Altogether, Dayaa is a thrilling murder mystery. Pawan Sadineni though remade a  Bangladeshi show Taqdeer, he ensured that Telugu viewers get one of the best webseries in the recent past.
