Annapurna Photo Studio: Story Review

Annapurna Photo Studio's story is about a young man and his friends and their experiences in the serene rural atmosphere. Chanti (Chaitanya Rao Madadi) runs Annapurna Photo Studio and lives happily with his sister Paddu (Uttara Reddy) and parents and friends Prasad (Lalith Aditya), Pandu (Viva Raghava) and others. He gets attracted to a beautiful girl Gautami (Lavanya Sahukara). Annapurna Photo Studio: Artists Review

Chaitanya Rao Madadi performed well. He slipped into the role effortlessly and came up with good expressions and emotions. His body language, mannerisms and expressions elevated the scenes. Infact he carried the film on his shoulders and made movie lovers connect chords with him either he laughs, cries, loves, enjoys or shows anger.

Lavanya Sahukara did well in the role of a traditional village girl. She emoted well and showed good expressions. Uttara Reddy played the role of the sister with conviction and aplomb. Vasu Inturi evoked few laughs. Others like Yash Rangineni, Mihirah, Viva Raghav, Lalith Aditya, Krishna Mohan, and Ramana performed according to their roles.

Annapurna Photo Studio: Technicians Review

Annapurna Photo Studio's story Chendu Muddu is a simple feel good family entertainer. He starts the narration in an interesting way talking about mysterious suicides but quickly shifts to entertaining mode. He maintains the same tempo with entertaining and hilarious scenes even during the conversation of the cops. The first half ends on a decent note and sets the tone for the second half.

He tried to continue in the same vein in the second half but the problem is that he over did the twists. He tried to convince viewers with the dialogue that one can't understand whether it's a thriller, love story, family or romantic entrainer.  The unveiling of the twists in the second half generates interest among viewers. Overall Chendu Muddu can't up with a decent but predictable story but managed to entertain movie lovers with interesting screenplay and direction coupled with good performances and passable dialogues.

The music of Prince Henry is melodious and soulful. All the songs are beautiful shot in the backdrop of picturesque locations. The songs brought the retro feel as the story demanded. Background music elevated the scenes and took movie lovers smoothly into the story.

Pankaj's Cinematography is beautiful. He showed the beauty of Godavari region in a attractive and speaking manner. Be it the Godavari river, lush green fields and the rural backdrop turns movie lovers nostalgic.

Venkat Prabhu's editing is neat to a point in the first half but he left few drags in the second half. Production values of Big Ben Cinemas are quite good.
